Paul Bacanu holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAFE Queensland) and a Queensland Blue Card for programs involving people under 18, so training is planned and delivered properly, not improvised. Paul Bacanu has designed and delivered partner training courses for more than 100 global partners at Instructure.

Course production
From idea to published course: learning outcomes, course map, scripts, slides, video, activities, quizzes and assessments. We set up or work within your learning platform (LMS) and test the learner experience before launch.

Can you work with our existing learning platform?
Yes. We can produce content for the LMS you already use, or recommend and set up one that fits.
Do you deliver nationally recognised qualifications?
No. Pilot is not a Registered Training Organisation. We design and deliver professional training and courses, and can produce content for RTOs that deliver accredited units.
Can you train our team on the tools you set up?
Yes. Training is part of every Pilot implementation project and can also be booked on its own.
